Atlanta, Ga. – (May 3, 2019) –ET Environmental Corporation, LLC, a national employee-owned design/build firm, announced the addition of Cleveland Owers as its new President, effective immediately. Bill Higginbotham, PE, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the company began in 1993. He will remain in the role of CEO.

Cleveland Owers joins ET with over 15 years of industrial construction experience in the oil, gas, power, and petrochemical industries. He resides in Texas where he was most recently responsible for the Industrial Division of Tellepsen, a family-owned construction firm founded in 1909 that executed projects ranging from $500K to more than $150M. Significant accomplishments include developing a Small Capital Projects organization, restructuring EPC and major projects organization, diversifying services and clients, and increasing profits through cost reduction strategies and labor utilization efficiency. He had full profit and loss responsibility for his $400M division while managing a total workforce of more than 1,200 employees.
Prior to his service at Tellepsen, Mr. Owers worked for BP in Houston, Texas, most notably working on large upstream projects in the Gulf of Mexico before becoming a component of the global projects organization. His construction and project management roles also included experience on midstream and downstream projects ranging from $1.5B to more than $20B during his 11-year employment with BP.
