Bill is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he remains very active in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering including service as an adjunct professor teaching business innovation. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and a LEED Accredited Professional. Formerly Vice President of EMCON Associates and President and founder of Chattahoochee Geotechnical Consultants, Bill merged his company with EMCON in 1993 and ultimately formed ET Environmental. Bill’s areas of industry expertise are in the biogas, renewable natural gas, compressed natural gas, solid waste, and environmental remediation fields.
